Physical Requirements:

• Physical Fitness: Ability to ascend/descend ladders and stairs, and access elevated areas to inspect system components installed at various heights.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently.
• Hand dexterity to manipulate and handle materials.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds daily; heavier lifting with mechanical assistance or team support.
• Mobility: Comfort and safety in navigating tight spaces, crawl spaces, attics, and other installation areas.
• Vision: Visual acuity in at least one eye of 20/40 or better without corrective lenses, or over 20/70 combined vision with corrective lenses; ability to distinguish colors.

Position Overview:

Secure-A-Home, Inc. (SAH, Inc.) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Central Monitoring Service Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting both our accounting functions and monitoring operations. You’ll be the welcoming voice on the phone, a key resource for accurate financial processing, and an integral part of our customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Phone Reception

• Receive incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.

General Accounting

• Maintain up-to-date customer information and set up new customers and jobs in the system.
• Reconcile company bank accounts and perform general journal entries.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial processing.

Accounts Payable

• Process bill payments, print checks, and ensure timely processing.
• Track vendor EFT payments and monitor expenses.
• Prepare and submit PA sales/use tax reports on a quarterly basis.

Monitoring Duties:

• · Gather and enter customer information to set up new online accounts for monitoring services.
• · Coordinate closely with the central monitoring team to ensure accounts are accurately configured and maintained.
• · Assist customers with questions regarding account creation and system monitoring services.

Additional Duties

• Create and update Word and Excel documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with AlarmBiller and FieldHub software.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle security-sensitive operations with precision and accuracy.
• Clear and consistent documentation practices.
